I. PRICING~
TERMS OF SALE:
All prices and specifications subject to change without notice. Cash or
letter of credit only. Other payment terms subject to our approval.
CUSTOM PACKAGING:
Printing Images CtC, Inc. is able to accommodate your needs for custom
packaging. Please contact us with your requirements. (Customized products are
nonrefundable, but credit can be issued for the next order.)
II. FREIGHT~
All orders shipped through common carriers; freight such as DHL, Federal
Express, etc. charges collect unless otherwise specified.
III. PAYMENTS~
CASH: Printing Images CtC, Inc. requires prepayment of all orders,
unless other arrangements have been approved. Prepayment via wire transfer is
preferred. Funds may be wire transferred to:

NOTE: Printing Images CtC,Inc. is expecting 100% transfer of funds (based on Invoice Amount) to the above mentioned account. The customers are responsible for any fees that banks may charge. Any discrepancies/shortages will remain as an open balance on the invoice and will be charge on the next order.
IV. RETURNS~
Printing Images CtC, Inc. is committed to the quality of its products and we
stand behind them with the promise of satisfaction. Requests to return defective
and/or non-defective product may be made by fax or telephone to Printing Images
CtC, Inc. prior to returning any merchandise. Upon approval, a Return Authorization (RA) Number will be issued and
shipping instructions will be given. This RA Number will expire 60 days from
date of issue. The RA Number is required for all returns and must be written on all return packages for clear identification. Authorized returns of deffective products must accompany return shipment in addition to the invoice number applicable to each item returned. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. Every returned cartridges has to be safe and carefully packed to avoid any damages during shipping. Bubble wrap sheets are included in any shipment of finished goods. These bubble wrap sheets should be use in any return of cartridges.
Every returned cartridge will be inspected and Printing Images CtC, Inc, will issue a complain report. All acceptable complained cartridges will be replaced free of charge.
NOTE(No credit notes will be issued in replacement of the faulty merchandise.)
Excluded from any credits are:

Merchandise not purchased from Printing Images CtC, Inc.

Merchandise returned after 60 days from date of purchase.

Special ordered items.

Discontinued packaging.

Merchandise damaged by customer handling.

Customized products are nonrefundable.
Only defective cartridge cartridges will be replaced free of charge. Returned
cartridges which was declared as defective but was confirmed from the PICTC-QC
Dept. as non-defective cartridges will be returned with a 30% handling fee.>
V. SHIPPING INSTRUCTION FOR RETURN CARTRIDGES~
For any return shipment, please use only the Printing Images Master Box which was used in sending your order.
Very Important: The reclaimed cartridges need to be wrap in the provided bubble wrap sheet. (See picture below)
Printing Images will arrange pickups of the return shipment. To arrange such pickup the following details will be needed:
(1)Quantities of cartridges; (2) Quantities of boxes and (3) approximate weight of all boxes.
Do follow shipping instruction to avoid damage of goods.
VI. CLAIMS~
Claims for errors must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Claims
for freight damage must be made directly to the carrier.
Any legal claims/disputes regarding our products can only be settled at
the Court of Olongapo City, Philippines.
VII. NOTES~
Printing Images CtC, Inc. is a leading independent manufacturer of imaging
materials. Printing Images CtC, Inc. is not affiliated with any other
manufacturer. Printing Images CtC, Inc. is testing all remanufactured Inkjet Cartridges in several models of OEM Printers, however, a guarantee CANNOT be given that the remanufactured Inkjet Cartridges will work in all variation and models of OEM Inkjet Printers. Printing Images CtC, Inc. sells only to distributors, exporters,
independent service organizations and OEM worldwide.
